hi i get cold chills every where i go. feels like ice. im not sure what it is.

Since about the year 2001 i have felt this presense. I have been woken up out of sleep (after taking sleeping pills) feeling someone touch me and standing over me, see a quick glimpse then gone. but i also feel the person where ever i go. i have tried to talk to them because sometime it seems like they make noises or bother me just to bug me and i have come to call this whatever it is Dan. I will be in the shower and there is no breeze but my curtian will be moving, i have been home alone and my back door which is lock has been wide open after i just checked it. this spirit doesn't seem bad in anyway just would like to know maybe who it is so i can have a better understanding of it... thanks, joanna

seems like someone is trying to get your attention. that could be either a spirit or your spirit guide. wish i could say the same for myself. i get these icy cold chills everywhere i go, i mean so cold a blanket doesnt warm me up. i sometimes feel someone or thing sit at the foot of my bed in the middle of the night. i've also have been awaken by loud knocking coming from my closet door. i hear a voice in my dreams telling me something and then it would come true. i also have noticed that when i ask myself a question, i hear a different voice answering me and that would come true. i went to a palm reader about a month ago, she told me i had psychic abilities. im not sure if this is what she talking about. i am really confused. i dont know what to do.

i know. my husband says i seem to talk in full conversation at night sometimes. he has witnessed some of the "bothering' hopefully i get some answers, i found this on cafemom in lishers group and figured why not try... do you talk to your spirit? my mom told me to try that and name it, sometimes it helps.

yeah i've talked to her. the name charlotte sticks in my head, but i dont think mine is a spirit. i have not told my husband about any of this. he is a huge sceptic. he did hear the knocking when i was working a night shift, but waved it off as kids playing around. i was hoping to get a reading from cafemom or on hear but i dont know how to.

I've just keep my strange sightings to myself until recently. I 've woke up and had things come at me, shadows around my room, a boy with light hair in my bathroom doorway, a man appear at the corner of the cemetery I jog by and people in cars but as I get closer nothing. Roze told me I might have some ability to see past away loved ones. This might explain why I see things out of the corner of my eye daily. I hear my name also. I'm just trying to figure out how to get control of this so I'm not up all night with chills or goosebumps that I can 't get rid of and keeps me awake all night. Its nice to know I'm not the only one or crazy, lol.
