In Loving Memory
FOOTPRINTS
One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from His life.
For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand.
One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.
This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it.
LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.
The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you!
During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.

This is dedicated to my dear friend, James. Although our paths never crossed again in this lifetime...I know someday I will see your smile and hear your laugh and walk with you. I respected your need to keep that spirit of yours "FREE"...and in so many many ways.......I loved this about you. And although I know you are gone, I know too...that you are more alive than you were ever able to be here. I miss you Jim and I will love you always... To my amazing father Ray Wilson. Who taught me more in life then he will ever realize. I learned good and bad from him..while sharing some giggles and laughs. His anniversary of his passing was May 2nd and on that day I learned I was pregnant. With that..I wish I could share with him. I am sure though he is with me every step of the way and is proud of me. For my wonderful grandmother Christine, my only grandfather Frank, my dolly Uncle Sonny and to my favorite "sunflower"...Dick my one and only father in law.....Merry Christmas and know that I miss and love you all. Together again one day, I will see and be with you. Till then watch over me and my loved ones. And Dick.......send me my baby angel girl, because Im ready for her now... and thank you for looking after her...I love you for that. Keep visiting me...I like when you are near to us. I feel you.
