• Crown Chakra = Seeker of Truth.

• Brow Chakra = Ability to see truth.

• Throat Chakra = Speaking your truth.

• Heart Chakra = Very healing and Sensitive.

• Solar Plexus Chakra = Intellect, Warmth, Compassion, Personal Power.

• Sacral Chakra = Emotional Balance, Sexuality.

• Base Chakra = Physical Energy, Survival, Reproduction.

Chakra is related to a colour which correlates to a specific area of the body and life of a person.

When a certain colour emerges in your ability to see them, you can relate that color to that area of life that the Chakra can correspond to. Take some time to interpret what colour(s) you are seeing and what the Chakra colour could mean.

Center One self

The best way to attune yourself to the energies in the aura and start to see colours is through meditation. It is important to have the lighting perfect with a bright light or such as sun light to focus the site of colour(s).

Allow your site to become relaxed or partially opened as to feel sleepy eyed. You will notice to see colour for a few seconds and then they may disappear and then reappear with practice. You do not have to give up trying. Keep practicing.

Meditation is the recommended practice to try and do. Remind your self you can do this.

Find a comfortable spot you feel relaxed to practice. Place your hands in front of you away from your head with your palms facing each hand. You may concentrate and may feel tingles or a sensation of pins and needles. This is energy.

When you are ready, place your hand(s) in the bright soothing lighted area you are in and notice the colour(s) that the aura is portraying around your fingers on the edges and sides. Take note of the colour(s) and learn to understand the meaning of the colour(s).

 

                        

 

 

 

Auras

An aura is an invisible energy or emanation field that surrounds all living things. The word aura comes from the Greek word “avra” which means “breeze.” The energies flowing through our auras can reflect aspects of our personalities, lifestyles, thoughts, emotions and mental make up. All aspects of our lives can be seen in our auras including our make up: Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, and Physically.

As auras are electrical fields of energy, they must be seen with a finely tuned eye. Auras are said to be directly connected to the Chakras in our bodies. As we have 7 Chakras, though some people believe we have more, there are approximately 7 colours that can be seen through our auric fields. The colours of the aura directly correlate to that area of our body and lives which corresponds to the Chakra in our bodies relating to that colour.

The Chakras in our bodies start at our genital areas and raise up through our bodies to the top of our head or the “Crown Chakra.” The colours attributed to these Chakras also vary.
